  2. Fluidization: A stream of hot air or gas is introduced into the bottom of the dryer chamber. As the air flows upward through the bed of particles, it creates a fluidized state where the particles behave like a fluid. This fluidization helps to suspend and agitate the particles, allowing for efficient mixing and heat transfer.
  3. Heat Transfer: The hot air or gas transfers heat to the wet material as it flows through the bed. This heat causes moisture within the particles to evaporate, leading to drying.
