Working Principles:

  3. Immediate Heat Exposure: The material encounters a high-temperature airstream or hot gas within the drying chamber, exposing it to intense heat instantaneously.
  4. Rapid Evaporation: The sudden exposure to heat causes the moisture or solvent content within the material to evaporate almost instantly.
  5. Particle Formation: The evaporated moisture creates small droplets, which quickly evaporate, resulting in the formation of dry particles or granules.
  6. Separation and Collection: The dried particles are separated from the hot air using cyclones or bag filters and collected for further processing.
